MPhil Health Systems Research and Management

  1.  Entry requirements for admission of students MPhil Health Systems Research and Management (Regular):

To qualify to read the MPhil Health Systems Research and Management programme -Regular, the applicant should have a good first degree (at least 2nd class lower), for example, a BSc, BA, preferably in any public health-related field from a recognized university that offers degrees in programmes such as Statistics/biostatistics; biology; medicine or other health-related sciences; political science or economics; sociology or related social sciences.

In addition, applicants should have at least two years post-graduation work/job experience. Relevant international work experience is an advantage and applications by international students are also encouraged. Interested applicants with less than two years of working experience but with other relevant backgrounds are encouraged to apply. 

Applicants should also have proof of English language proficiency for admission to research or higher degree programme if the applicant’s first language is not English and/or does not qualify for exemption from the required English language test (TOEFL/IELTS).

The final selection will be done on the basis of a written examination followed by an interview (in person or online).
